Can someone recommend any or all hotels in the city that would have a room for 5 people at a reasonable cost of about $225 per nite?

Check the Affinia website. Depending on the time of year you are going, you may find a suite in one of their properties that could accomodate you. Most standard hotel rooms can not hold 5.
