New York Itinerary- Please help

Sorry I%26#39;m not good at itineraries.... I never use one when I travel!

Just a couple of comments. Times Square is best at night, especially pre-theater. So if you%26#39;re seeing a show on Saturday, no need to go to Times Square on Friday. Unless that%26#39;s where your MTV show is?

I love Carmine%26#39;s, but they only take reservations for parties of six and more. So unless you%26#39;ve got reservations, you%26#39;re not going to get in there. Anyway, you don%26#39;t want to eat there with fewer than 4-5 people.

And if you%26#39;re doing 5th Ave. shopping on Monday, you can see Tiffany%26#39;s at that time, instead of making a special trip on Friday.

I don%26#39;t see an observatory visit on your schedule. I%26#39;d recommend going to the Top of the Rock while you%26#39;re at NBC.

And it looks like you%26#39;re focusing on the high tourist areas. Consider breaking away and seeing how the natives live.

Thanks for your reply. Do you or does anyone know of any other good restaurant choices in the Times Square or Broadway area? I am looking for something that is moderately priced.

I also had one other question- I am unsure how much time to budget for the taxi ride back to LGA. My hotel is near Carnegie Hall and the flight leaves at 8 PM. Does anyone know what time I should leave for the airport? Thanks, Pat
