Bus tour of Harlem / The Bronx?

We are due to visit NYC in March, and fancy doing a bus tour of Harlem / The Bronx, has anyone got any good ideas for a bus tour that gives a great overview of the areas?

Hiya Kop Girl! Saying what I%26#39;m about to say got me kicked off last year for awhile, but I couldn%26#39;t NOT give you this advice. A guided tour of the area is fine, but DO NOT take the subway up to Harlem or walk around Harlem and The Bronx since you do not know the area. Sure, people are going to jump me and say that Harlem and The Bronx are not as bad as people make them seem, but a tourist doesn%26#39;t know the bad areas from the good areas and can easily get him/herself in trouble.
