19 - East Village New York USA

or

20 - Upper Westside Budget Rooms Upper Westside New York USA

I%26#39;ve been trying to find reviews, but it%26#39;s difficult unless I know what they%26#39;re called!

#4 is the Best Western Hospitality House, and #7 is Radio City Apartments. Sorry, it looks like no one has figured out #19 or #20 yet.

between #4 and #7 , which one is better? location, cleaniness....

I haven%26#39;t stayed at either one, but I have reservations for Radio City Apartments in June. Judging from the reviews, I doubt you could go wrong with either one. Radio City Apartments is right in the middle of things. (Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Ave., etc.) BW Hospitality House is midtown east, and a little further from those things, but still in a great location. For some, being away from Times Square is a good thing! I stayed in the area of Hospitality House last year and loved it. I would go with whatever you get the best deal on.

Just be aware of their cancellation policy. When I booked for September last year it was 10% charged if booking cancelled-on an enquiry for Best Western Hospitality House this year for Christmas the 10 % is charged upfront and lost if the booking cancelled. Particularly for Hospitiality House they seem to have better rates than booking direct but I like the flexibilty of bookingt direct with no charges on cancellation within notice.

I stayed at the BW Hospitality house in Sept. Great location, close to Rockerfeller Center, 5th ave shops and St Paul%26#39;s Cathedral and just a minute walk to the 51st and Lexington subway line.

Fully furnished apartment. Good rates. Go to aaa.com or BW%26#39;s site directly for the best rates. Very small lobby and hotel is sort of hidden away but it is more than adequate and the rates are generally the same, or less than a small cramped NYC hotel room.
