Depends on how you define ';best.'; If you%26#39;re looking for bargains, the discount stores like Century 21, Loehmann%26#39;s etc. will have some but they won%26#39;t be the latest styles.

If you want selection, most of the major dept. stores carry all the main brands. If you know which brand you want (ie Chanel, Prada, Dior) you generally find the largest selection of a given brand at that brand%26#39;s boutique stand alone shop. Someone mentioned yesterday they thougth Saks Fifth Ave. had the best selection. I%26#39;ve had good luck at Barney%26#39;s who doesn%26#39;t have the largest selection, but has good styles from most of the majors plus some less usual brands.

There are also so smaller specialty eyeglass boutiques/opticians that have nice ones. Selima Boutique is Soho has some very unusual glasses.
