Good Restaurant for Fortieth B'day

I am taking my partner to NY as a surpise for fortieth B%26#39;Day.

I have theartre booked and didn%26#39;t know where would be a good place to eat for a special birthday meal. On April 10 a Tuesday night.

Staying at Park Central.

I saw a advert for Seven Bar and Grill but wasn%26#39;t sure if this was the right kind of place.

All suggestions appreciated.

Are you looking for a place for the same night as the theater? If yes, before or after and which show are you seeing?

Seven is not that close to most theaters. Many shows have an early curtain on Tues. nights (7 pm vs. 8 pm on other nights). If you%26#39;re going to a 7 pm show, it might be nice to eat after the show at 9-9:30. Chez Josephine has live music every night and is festive. (French food).

But I agree with Voy, we need more details on your/your partner%26#39;s tastes and budget.

Like all good food %26amp; wine, like vegetables but i%26#39;m not not vegetarian, probably less keen on fish. Enjoy a good chocolate desert.

Would expect to pay around $25 for main course.
