Wicked Behind the Emerald Curtain- worth it?

Has anyone seen this? Is it worth the $30 or is it overpriced fluff? I adore Wicked and it looks like an interesting way to spend 90 minutes. It%26#39;d be cool having an up close look at the sets, costumes, etc. Should I go? Thanks in advance.

Anyone? Have found one trip report but no more. My big question is can you take pictures? If not of the exhibits then maybe with the cast members?

Costumes are in cases, you see a mock up of the set in minature...and there are only 2 cast members giving the tour (and they aren%26#39;t any of the leading players) You get to see a movie of highlights of the show and some behind the scene stuff and ask some questions. You don%26#39;t actually get to go backstage. I%26#39;ve heard from friends it%26#39;s really not worth the money and they can see most of the stuff they show you by seeing the show, looking at the stuff in the lobby upstairs at the Gershwin, and watching the 1990s-2000s section of the Broadway documentary they%26#39;ve shown on PBS.

really the only exciting part of the experience was seeing all the crysals on the Galinda dress close up, according to my friends.

Don%26#39;t quote me, but I *think* porchparty went on this tour. Maybe if you post directly to her she%26#39;ll see it and answer your questions.
