Is it wet/slushy?

My friends and I are coming to NYC tomorrow (thru Saturday). Is it wet/slushy out on the streets or will it be in the next couple of days? Can%26#39;t decide if I should bring my boots! Thanks

Bring the boots - while it is dry (and cold) right now - who knows what the weekend will bring.

If you don%26#39;t have them, you%26#39;ll be sorry if indeed it does get slushy, eh?
