breakfast near Madison Square Garden

I Know its late, but my i just got a call to take my son into the city for a 1:00 Knicks game today, so I want to catch a train soon! Gotta wake him up first, I thought we would eat when we got into the city. Either near Grand Central where I will come in, or near the Garden so I won%26#39;t have to worry about being late. Don%26#39;t need anything too fancy. Thanks if anyone else is up and able to help!

If you just want food with no fuss, there%26#39;s a food court downstairs at Grand Central. There%26#39;s a Junior%26#39;s there (famous for their cheesecake but they have other things).

Near MSG, there are a bunch of diners. The Stage Door is right in the Penn Plaza building at 33 st %26amp; 8th ave. The Cheyenne Diner is a retro classic metal diner at 9th ave. %26amp; 33 st if you want to walk the extra block if he%26#39;d think that was cool. Check reviews and details on menupages.com

Have fun!

thanks, nywhiz. We come into the city fairly often, so I preferred to avoid the food court, and we%26#39;ve had (and loved) Juniors. The Cheyenne may be the ticket! I%26#39;ve been checking out menu pages as we speak, but it can be hard to narrow down those open for breakfast (on a Monday) that are decent!
